Pricing Policy

Effective date: 20 July 2026

Applies to flexigridsolutions.com and all FlexiGrid Solutions products and services.

1. Overview

This Pricing Policy explains how FlexiGrid Solutions Ltd (“FlexiGrid”, “we”, “us” or “our”) charges for its products and services. Our aim is to be clear and transparent about what you pay, when you pay it, and what you receive in return.

FlexiGrid offers two broad categories of offering, and each is priced differently:

  • Custom software services— bespoke software development and technology projects delivered for clients, which are priced by individual quotation.
  • Products— our own software products, such as PassGuard, which are offered on published plans and pricing tiers.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Custom software and technology services

FlexiGrid builds custom software and technology solutions — including fintech platforms, health-technology systems, government and enterprise applications, and AI-powered software. Because every engagement differs in scope, complexity, and duration, these services are priced on a per-project basis rather than from a fixed price list.

2.1 How a project is quoted

For custom work, we provide a written proposal or quotation before any engagement begins. Each quotation sets out the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, and price, and may be structured using one or more of the following models:

  • Fixed project fee— a single agreed price for a clearly defined scope of work.
  • Milestone-based pricing— the total fee split across defined project stages, with payment due as each milestone is delivered and accepted.
  • Time and materials— charged at an agreed rate for the effort and resources used, suited to work where the scope is expected to evolve.
  • Retainer or support fee— a recurring fee for ongoing maintenance, support, or managed services, billed at an agreed interval.

2.2 What a quotation includes

Every quotation we issue will clearly state the price, what is included, the payment schedule, and any items that are excluded or would be charged separately (for example third-party licences, cloud hosting, or out-of-scope change requests). No charges apply until you have accepted a quotation in writing.

2.3 Deposits and payment schedule

Custom projects typically require an initial deposit before work begins, with the balance payable according to the milestone or billing schedule set out in the quotation. The specific terms for your engagement will be stated in your proposal and the accompanying agreement.

3. Product pricing

Our own software products are offered on published pricing plans. The current plans, tiers, and prices for each product are shown on the product’s page on our website or within the product itself, and that displayed pricing is the definitive source at the time of purchase.

3.1 PassGuard

PassGuard, our digital invitation and guest-authentication product, is charged on a per-event basis. A host selects the plan that matches their expected number of guests, and the applicable tier is shown before payment.

The table below is indicative and is provided as an example of how per-event pricing works. The prices shown on the PassGuard product page at the time of purchase always take precedence over any figure in this Policy.

PlanGuest capacityPrice per event
BasicUp to 100 guests₦25,000
Standard101 – 300 guests₦50,000
Premium301 – 500 guests₦75,000
Enterprise501 – 1,000 guests₦125,000
UltraOver 1,000 guests₦200,000

3.2 Haske

Haske is our online Islamic school, connecting students and their families with vetted teachers for live one-to-one classes in Quran, Hadith, and Arabic. Class pricing on Haske is set by the teacher’s tier and is charged per hour of tuition. The tier of each teacher, and the applicable hourly rate, are shown on the teacher’s profile before a class is booked.

The table below sets out the current teacher tiers and their hourly rates. The rate shown on a teacher’s profile at the time of booking always takes precedence over any figure in this Policy.

TierDescriptionRate per hour
StandardStandard teacher₦3,000
SeniorSenior teacher₦5,000
ExpertExpert teacher₦8,000

Trial classes. A student may book an introductory trial class with a teacher at no cost. Trials are free and carry no obligation to continue.

Publications. Articles published on Haske by our teachers and invited authors are currently free to read. If paid publications are introduced in future, each will be priced by its publisher, the price will be shown before purchase, and the terms of this Policy will apply to it.

How you pay.Payments on Haske are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Paystack, which supports cards and bank transfers. Teachers are paid out to their nominated bank accounts, less the platform’s service fee.

3.3 Other products

Where we release additional products, each will carry its own published pricing on its product page, and the terms of this Policy will apply to it.

4. Payment terms

  • Currency.Unless stated otherwise, all prices are quoted and payable in Nigerian Naira (₦).
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes or levies, which will be added where required by law.
  • When payment is due. Product plans are generally payable in advance at the point of purchase. Custom service fees are payable according to the schedule set out in the relevant quotation or agreement.
  • How you can pay. Product payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (currently Paystack and/or Flutterwave), which support cards and bank transfers. Custom project payments may additionally be settled by direct bank transfer as agreed.
  • Card security. We do not store your full card details; card payments are handled directly by our payment providers. See our Privacy Policy for more.
  • Receipts. A receipt or invoice is issued for every payment.

5. Changes to pricing

We may review and change our product pricing from time to time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the new pricing takes effect; it does not change the price of a product plan you have already paid for, or the agreed price of a custom project already under contract. The current price is always the one displayed at the point of purchase.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Our approach to refunds and cancellations is set out in our Terms and Conditions. In summary, product fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant service has been delivered or the event has commenced, and custom-project payments are governed by the terms of the applicable agreement. Where a refund is due to you, we will process it to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
